A former Deputy Clerk of a State Court in Illinois, I know much about law enforce and clout, and before that I worked over 35 yrs within Corporate America as an Accountant, Computer Programmer/Analysis, did some actuary work relating to removing employees who got close to retirement age, Developed Businesses, I worked as a para legal from Friedman and Koven which was the second in it's day Law Firm in the World within Conflict of Interest international, also for United States Gypsum, Navistar, FMC Corp, Harris Bank, First National Bank, Argonne National Lab's as Assistant Editor in the Bio lab, and many other larger than live Corporations within their Controllers Dept and World Headquarters, and in the Mortgage Industry of over 8 years seeing already formed terrorist cell operating from withn the Suburb of Palos Hills, Out of my Corporation which I had setup not knowing that one of the parties involved was a terrorist the business was Royal Financial Group Inc., for which I was the Vice President and Manager, as I saw what was going on from the concept I began to think that there was some type of racket involved but in the beginning prior to August 2001 I had no clue of the person, my business partner was indeed a part of a terrorist cell tied into government operations working out of Palos Hills, Palos Heights, Broadview, Chicago and other neighoring communities. (On April 21, 1999, evidence recovered by the FBI from BIF's office in Palos Hills, Illinois, included, among other things, a copy of a February 1999 article in the Seattle Times concerning small pox as a biological terrorism weapon. The sections of the text indicating that federal, state and local authorities are poorly prepared for a biological attack involving smallpox were highlighted. In none of BIF's advertisements of its humanitarian causes has it ever indicated that it was dealing with the issue of small pox in any country. )The scandal involved the use of International Drivers Licenses to falsify Identity (September 11, 2001 (S): Two of Atta's bags from an early flight from Portland are not ... his international driver's license), a religious cassette tape and create other false ID's such as Drivers License, Corporations, Bank Accounts in order to move and laundery money into Jihad and Al-Qauda cells all over the globe. Drug Trafficking occured over Operation Mountain Express, which had netted over 52 mega tons of drugs, and drug making material to use to place on the streets and in the hands of mintories, our youth date rape drugs and other nightmare subtances to fund Terror across the world. In Illinois the Illinois trucking scandal was involved because the truck were involved within a operation to move the drugs, laundered money and also guns in and out of the hands of criminal within the KKK and aryan nation and other hate groups. All who were being used as part of the funded Bin Laden Operation, and that was really the involved of Bin Laden. Sept 11, 2001 was a part of a mock terrorist drill which was designed to cover-up the fact that the WTC had design defects that were brought to the port of Authority when it was being built but NYC had no rights to the business plans and could do nothing in the courts because it was alleged that the Port was not governed by the City and or State Regulations and laws because it fell under Marine laws only. In addition because of the first failed attempted to bomb the buildings in 1993 by so-called Islamic Extremist and due to the injuries, death, and claims filed against Lloyds of London in England, Lloyds was on the brick of Bankruptcy and was the Port of Authority, which also would have effected NYC itself in paying off huge amounts of money which would had totally bankrupt the city and the state.

As within the plot of the Savings and Loan Scandal years before as the failed savings institutes had not enough money to pay back the people who had accounts within within the federal Reserve, in both cases I alleged that conspirators from within and outside the government conspired to commit fraud by turning these events into cases for insurance.
In the savings and loan scandal during that time there were mounting numbers of "Banl Robberies in the Midwest and across the US.

The robberies I saw began in the late 80's but expanded into 1990 whereby while I worked within the Courts there was the alleged ex-police officer out of Hoffman Estate called the Bearded Bandit, who with his wife alleged robbed banks all over the suburban area of Chicago Illinois. There were some elements of this case which were not true in fact and covered up for one the wife never shot herself in the front of a home in Streamwood she was shot by special unit op's from what division I am not sure. Then her husband who was capture was killed in a shoot out but what I alleged was that he was gunned down so that he would not share information of the insurance scam. The same issue was happened in areas around Ok City and that could be the reason why Jesse Tredue's brother was allegedly murdered. The real issue is that corruption needs to stop before we will be able to stop the condition of the fall of the United States from inside/out. click here

Dr. Larsen received his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Applied Physics in 1973 from Cornell University, employing ultrasonic wave velocity measuring methods to investigate the use of applied hydrostatic pressures of up to 50 million pounds per-square-inch to induce structural transformations in the A-15 high-temperature (16-deg K) superconducting compounds. His doctoral dissertation is based on his work with vanadium silicide, one of these compounds. He holds a M.S. in Physics, awarded to him by Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1960, and a B.A. in Physics, awarded by Wagner College in 1955.

He began his research career in 1958 at Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL), studying and nuclear radiation enhanced diffusion alloys. Working with other BNL researchers, he helped identify and quantify the details of the differing rate processes governing neutron and gamma ray enhanced diffusion in single-phase copper alloys. Six years later he left BNL and joined the U.S. Army’s Frankford Arsenal. There he studied and identified the reason for the occurrence of catastrophic self-damage of ruby rods when used as lasing elements in giant pulse (Q-switched) laser rangefinders.

From 1972 until 1974 Dr. Larsen was with United Technologies, evaluating the use of laser holography in nondestructively testing adhesive bond in fiber composite propellers and jet engine fan blades and in characterizing vibration mode shapes in rotating parts. During the next three years Dr. Larsen was with TRW, devising ways for nondestructively inspecting carbon missile nose cones and space vehicle components such has lightweight aluminum honeycomb panels and in measuring surface roughness.

Between 1977 through 1982, he managed research team at Southwest Research Institutive developing ultrasonic inspection and sonic holography methods for evaluating nuclear reactor components and devised a method for volumetric ultrasonic inspection of highly curved steel components that used transducers with curvature-correcting lenses.

After leaving SwRI in 1982, Dr. Larsen formed Focal Sonics, a consulting and transducer designing company, and remained there until he joined Reinhart & Associates in 1987 to head up its research program. Some of his accomplishments at R&A include the award and successful completion of Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contracts to devise means for counting the number of Kevlar fiber-epoxy composite layers in manufactured battlefield helmets and devise a single ultrasonic testing reference block with a means of continuously varying the size and shape of its flat-bottom hole reflector.

ANSWER: The Act is a Public Act of the United States Congress, and a Joint Resolution of the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives in the U.S. Congress. It can be introduced by any U.S. Senator and any U.S. Representative at no cost simply by handing the Act to the Clerk according to official rules.

QUESTION: What is the purpose of The SEPTEMBER 11 TREASON INDEPENDENT PROSECUTOR ACT?

ANSWER: The Act would appoint an Independent Prosecutor under the authority of Article III(3) of the U.S. Constitution to prosecute Treason against these United States of America by U.S. President George W. Bush, U.S. Vice President Richard B. Cheney, U.S. Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld and other John and Jane Does for planning and carrying out the acts of treason, as defined in Article III(3) of the U.S. Constitution, by conspiring to carry out, carrying out, and/or causing to be carried out an armed attack upon these United States on September 11, 2001, as part of a False Flag Operation. Article III of the U.S. Constitution provides that, "Sect. 3. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort...."

On September 11, 1998, the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee released a report by Independent Prosecutor, Kenneth Starr, which eventually led to an Article of Impeachment against President William Jefferson Clinton under Article II of the U.S. Constitution.

On September 11th, 2001 the WTC center was hit by planes during a time of both mock terrorist drill, and city of New York's Police and Firefighters were not near the building then because Sept 11th, 2001 was also the date for the Mayor Election and many of them were poll watching on the other side of town, many saw the events as we did on television.

(It's A Fact" The William L. Pierce" the leader of the was born on Sept 11, 2001 and within his book "The Turner Dairies" which was like a dairy for those who attack the building in Ok City, he wrote about people not working within tall buildings suggesting things to come. He was a former member of the American Nazi Party, many of that party were arrested during WWII and placed in US camps and then released after the War.
